Wedding Package Includes:
Décor – Centerpieces, Table setting, Bridal party table, Guest table, Wedding favors, Guest book table, Gift table, Cake table
Catering – Buffet style serving (Buffet line would remain open 1 hour after the final guest has been served); Wedding Party would be served at the bridal party table.
DJ – List of preferred music
*Linen, Dinnerware, and Fresh flowers are at additional charge.
*Additional cost for cleanup- $200.00, includes rinsing dishware for rental pickup, Cleaning of kitchen and dining area required by the hall, decoration removal.
*A 7% sales taxes and 18% gratuity is added at the final cost.
Cost for dishware and linen: Linen and dinnerware are outsourced and rented. Prices vary depending on table sizes and dinnerware design.
Packages include clear plastic dinnerware. All packages are subject to a clean-up fee.
“Recently we had the privilege to use Roxanne for three different events as a part of my daughter Rachel Woodson’s, upcoming wedding in Pittsburgh. We used her for the engagement announcement party, the Bridal party and the reception after the wedding. Each event was well planned and presented in a professional manner. She demonstrated and displayed why she is such a professional caterer at our daughter’s reception. She planned and delivered food for 200 people and did a masterful job. The place settings were wonderful and she had very gracious assistants to help serve the food. The appetizer and food at the reception and the other two events were exquisite. She is the best caterer in Pittsburgh!
